I am originally from Caswell County, NC and currently live in Southside Virginia. I’m a part-time resident of North Myrtle Beach, SC too. My husband and I met at Elon College, NC and were later married there. We have two adult children and three precious grandchildren that have been photographed countless times. My passion for photography was strong when our children came along but grew tremendously with the births of the grands.

For many years I was an elementary school teacher. But, once the grandchildren were born I began keeping them full time and there is no better job!!

I love that photography allows me to capture precious moments in time that soon become distant memories.

If you were to ask my family what I have to say about photography they would tell you my motto is, “When it’s all said and done, all you have left are pictures and memories.”
